FAQ

The questions that come up first.

Who is this built for?
Anyone who owns a hiring outcome: in-house talent teams, founders hiring for themselves, hiring managers running a search alongside their day job, and agencies working several roles at once.
Do I need the whole platform?
No. Every account gets all of it, but you switch on and pay for the agents you use. Most teams start with sourcing.
How long does setup take?
A brief can be running in a few minutes. Connecting your ATS and setting company-wide guardrails takes an afternoon.
Does it work with our ATS?
Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday, Teamtailor, Recruitee, SmartRecruiters and around twenty more, plus your calendar and email. If yours is missing, we will give you a date rather than a maybe.
How does it learn what a great hire looks like for us?
From the brief, then from every decision you make on top of it. You can read the brief at any time, edit it, or override it.
What does "agentic" actually mean here?
Work happens between your check-ins rather than only when you ask. Once a brief is approved, sourcing starts on its own, inside the limits you set.
Where does our candidate data live?
In your workspace, never in a shared pool, and never used to serve another customer. Activity logs are exportable at any time.
